Irrigation District Solution

I. Project Overview

As a provincial-level pilot for agricultural water price reform, three new water measurement facilities and two video sites were added to promote water conservation.

II. Flow Measurement Point Setup

One point was set up at the head of each of the three branch canals, using a Parshall flume (throat width 228mm) + flow meter, controlling irrigation areas of 300, 500, and 220 mu respectively.

III. Video Point Layout

Two points were set up at the head of the main canal, connected to the nearby power station's optical fiber network, using city power and equipped with lightning protection devices.
