Smart water meter renovation project case
The majority of residential water meters are old mechanical meters, which have many drawbacks. In terms of metering, aging equipment leads to decreased accuracy, and dirt on the dial affects readings. In terms of meter reading, manual on-site meter reading, data transcription, and system entry are required. This process is cumbersome, time-consuming, and labor-intensive, with a high error rate, often resulting in missed or estimated readings. At the management level, manual operations are used for billing and invoicing, resulting in high costs and low efficiency. This has led to a certain degree of difference between production and sales, and it is urgently necessary to improve the level of water supply management through intelligent transformation.
Smart Leak Detection and Water Conservation Solution for a Water Plant
The water plant's supply area has aging pipe network equipment, frequent pipe bursts and leaks resulting in large production and sales differences, and lacks an intelligent management platform. Data acquisition blind spots affect scientific scheduling.
Hydropower cascade optimization scheduling and water body monitoring solution for a certain county
Two run-of-river power stations in a certain county are connected in cascade, both using axial flow fixed-blade units. The power stations have problems such as low operating head, large flow rate, and small water level control range. They also need to release ecological flow for 5 months every year. Traditional manual scheduling can no longer meet the needs of efficient operation.
As a provincial-level pilot program for agricultural water price reform, three new water measurement facilities and two new video monitoring sites were added to promote water conservation.
