LXC Series Ultrasonic Water Meter

Huazigenchuang LXC series ultrasonic water meters are developed based on the ultrasonic measurement principle of propagation speed difference method. This instrument integrates measurement, accumulation, and display, uses low-power consumption technology, and a single battery can be used for more than 6 years. It can achieve accurate measurement of the minimum flow rate of 0.01m³/h, and the instrument has the characteristics of small size, good stability, and strong anti-interference ability.

Features

  • It adopts ultrasonic flow measurement technology, which allows for multi-angle installation without affecting the meter's measurement, while minimizing pipeline pressure loss.
  • The ultrasonic water meter has no mechanical moving parts in the pipeline structure, no mechanical wear and tear, and is conducive to long-term use.
  • It has the functions of rectifying and stabilizing the measured water flow, and is not affected by the turbulence and disturbance of the water flow, making the measurement more accurate and reliable.
  • The pipeline structure is simple, with low pressure loss, linear flow rate, high pressure resistance, and good sealing performance.
  • The pipeline uses environmentally friendly copper, red punching forging, and CNC precision machining.
  • It enters automatic power-saving mode when the pipe is empty or the fluid is stationary for a long time.
  • It has a data storage chip E2PROM, storing 18 months of historical data.
  • Real-time data saving: cumulative flow, flow rate, and other data are saved regularly.
  • It has the function of automatic time-shifted valve cleaning, arrears reminder, and arrears valve closure, ensuring the water supply collection rate, and the management system can be remotely controlled.
  • The specially designed signal sampling circuit ensures that the signal will not be distorted under different conditions, thus ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the measured parameters.
