The Huazigenchuang LXC series large-diameter ultrasonic water meter GC-535D is developed based on the ultrasonic measurement principle of propagation speed difference method. This meter integrates measurement, accumulation, and display, uses low-power consumption technology, a single battery can be used for more than 6 years, and can achieve accurate measurement of the minimum flow rate of 0.01m³/h. At the same time, the meter has the characteristics of small size, good stability, and strong anti-interference ability.

Features

It adopts ultrasonic flow measurement technology and can be installed at multiple angles without affecting the meter measurement, while minimizing pipeline pressure loss.

The ultrasonic water meter has no mechanical moving parts in the pipeline structure, no mechanical wear and tear, and is conducive to long-term use.

It has the functions of rectifying and stabilizing the flow in the measurement water field, and is not affected by the turbulence and disturbance of the water field, making the measurement more accurate and reliable.

The pipeline structure is simple, with low pressure loss, linear flow rate, high pressure resistance, and good sealing performance.

The pipeline uses environmentally friendly copper, red punching forging, and CNC precision machining.

It enters the automatic power-saving function when the pipe is empty or the fluid is stationary for a long time.

It has an E2PROM data storage chip, storing 18 months of historical data.

Real-time data saving: cumulative flow, flow rate and other data need to be saved regularly.

It has the function of automatic time-shifted cleaning valves, arrears reminder, arrears valve closure, ensuring the water supply collection rate, and the management system can be remotely controlled.

The specially designed signal sampling circuit ensures that the signal will not be distorted under different conditions, thus ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the measured parameters.
