LXCR Series Large-Diameter Ultrasonic Heat Meter

The Huazigangchuang LXCR series large-diameter ultrasonic heat meter is an instrument used to measure and calculate heat consumption. Its working principle is based on the characteristic that the propagation speed of ultrasonic waves in fluids changes with the change of fluid temperature. By transmitting and receiving ultrasonic signals and measuring the difference in their propagation time and speed, the fluid flow rate passing through the heat meter can be accurately calculated. At the same time, combined with the measured inlet and return water temperatures, the heat consumption can be accurately calculated according to thermodynamic formulas. It features high measurement accuracy, providing accurate and reliable heat data; no mechanical moving parts, thus ensuring good stability, long service life, and low maintenance cost; and low pressure loss, minimizing the impact on the system.
