The GCL-200 (24G) series radar water level gauge uses 24GHz electromagnetic waves to measure water levels. It is a non-contact measurement device mainly used for measuring water levels in rivers, lakes, reservoirs, canals, and sewage networks, providing real-time water level data to relevant units.

 

Technical Advantages

Planar Microstrip Array Antenna

1) Uses a K-band planar microstrip array antenna, which has advantages such as small size and light weight compared to traditional horn antennas.

2) Easy to integrate with PCB boards, high degree of product integration, and waterproof and dustproof performance can reach IP67 or higher.

3) High antenna gain, concentrated radiation energy, and strong anti-interference ability, which helps improve measurement accuracy and reliability.

4) The beam angle of the microstrip antenna array is 10°×10°, which can effectively reduce interference from surrounding non-target echoes, such as well walls and canal banks, resulting in more accurate water level measurements.

Intelligent Attitude Sensing and Compensation Function

1) The radar water level gauge has a built-in attitude sensing sensor that assists in installation and debugging and automatically compensates for installation errors.

2) During measurement, the radar water level gauge intelligently senses instability of the measurement platform caused by swaying poles or bridge vibrations and automatically optimizes and compensates.

Intelligent Water Level Tracking and Recognition Algorithm

1) Self-learning, capable of analyzing historical big data of water levels at the installation location.

2) Self-recognition, capable of intelligently identifying the presence or absence of water in the irradiation area.

3) Self-filtering, capable of intelligently filtering out the influence of fixed interfering object echoes and multipath interference.
