Electromagnetic flow meters are instruments that measure the volumetric flow rate of conductive liquids based on the principle of Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction. They are a product of the combination of fluid mechanics and electromagnetism. The GCF-D series electromagnetic flow meters have the advantages of rectangular wave magnetic fields while overcoming the disadvantages of sinusoidal wave magnetic fields; they can also eliminate errors caused by fluctuations in power supply voltage, changes in power supply frequency, and changes in excitation coil impedance; and they have good zero-point stability and are not affected by fluid noise.

Application Areas

The GCF-D series electromagnetic flow meter can be used to measure the volumetric flow rate of conductive fluids in closed pipes, and can also be used to measure the volumetric flow rate of corrosive liquids such as strong acids and strong alkalis, and uniform liquid-solid mixtures such as mud, ore pulp, and pulp. As a high-precision flow measurement instrument, it is widely used in the flow measurement and control of industrial and agricultural production processes in petroleum, chemical, iron and steel metallurgy, water supply and drainage, heating, water conservancy irrigation, water treatment, environmental protection wastewater monitoring and control, papermaking, light textile, medicine, food, biology, and fine chemical industries.
