The GCF-C series ultrasonic water meter is a new type of flow meter that detects the time difference caused by the change in the speed of ultrasonic beams propagating upstream and downstream in water, analyzes and processes the data to obtain the water flow velocity, and further calculates the water flow. This meter integrates measurement, accumulation, and display functions. It uses low-power consumption technology and can achieve accurate measurement of a minimum flow rate of 0.01m³/h. The meter also features good stability and strong anti-interference capability.
Features
- Ultrasonic water meters have no mechanical moving parts in the pipeline structure, no mechanical wear, and are conducive to long-term measurement under various complex conditions.
- It has the function of rectifying and stabilizing the measured water field, and is not affected by the turbulence and disturbance of the water field, making the measurement more accurate and reliable.
- The pipeline structure is simple, with low pressure loss, linear flow, high pressure resistance, and good sealing.
- The main menu displays cumulative flow (m3), flow rate (m3/h), water temperature (°C), meter number, cumulative operating time, historical data, and fault information, etc.
- The communication interface is standard with infrared and M-Bus interfaces. Multiple communication interfaces can be provided for customers to choose according to their needs (such as: MBUS, RS485, 4-20mA, pulse). Remote meter reading can be realized, which is convenient for management and saves operating costs.
- Real-time data saving: cumulative flow, flow rate and other data are saved periodically.
- The specially designed signal sampling circuit ensures that the signal will not be distorted under different conditions, thus ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the measured parameters.
